Rules can be triggered by booking events such as confirmed, modified or cancelled, by check-in or check-out events, or by time-based offsets configured relative to arrival or departure.
Conditions
Narrow when a rule applies using conditions such as property, booking channel, length of stay or booking source. Conditions help ensure rules fire for the right reservations without additional configuration per booking.
Actions
Available action types include sending a guest message, creating an internal task, sending a team notification, or updating a reservation field. Actions are applied when all conditions are met.

Automation rules can use guest message templates built in GuestHub. Templates support personalisation variables for property name, guest name, check-in date and other reservation fields.
