We built the platform we needed to run our own hospitality operation.
HostSync was created from first-hand experience managing more than 50 holiday rental properties — where reservations, guest communication, payments, government reporting and daily operations all needed to work together.
Built from real operations, not theory.
Before HostSync became a product, it was an operational problem to solve.
Managing a growing holiday rental portfolio meant dealing with fragmented tools — one system for channel synchronisation, another for guest communication, another for invoicing, and manual processes for everything in between. Every check-in, reservation update, government submission and payment required switching between platforms or completing the work by hand.
The team behind HostSync managed that operation directly — more than 50 properties, across multiple booking channels, with real guests and real compliance requirements. The platform was built because the operation needed it. Not because a market gap was identified on a spreadsheet.
That operational origin shapes every part of how HostSync is designed, what gets prioritised, and what gets left out.
Principles that guide every decision.
Built for operators
Every feature begins with a real operational problem. We ask what makes a property manager's day harder before we ask what is technically possible.
Connected by default
Reservations, guest communication, payments, channel data and compliance should not live in separate silos. HostSync is designed so these layers connect automatically.
Automation over repetition
If a workflow can be automated safely, it should not become daily manual work. The platform handles routine tasks so teams can focus on what guests actually experience.
Simple enough for teams
Powerful software should not require a specialist to operate. HostSync is built so any team member can navigate it confidently from day one.
Everything your operation needs, connected.
One platform replaces the fragmented stack of tools that most hospitality operations currently depend on.

Designed with European hospitality in mind.
Hospitality in Europe carries its own set of requirements — from VAT and invoicing to guest data handling, government reporting obligations and multilingual guest journeys. HostSync is built with these realities as a starting point, not an afterthought.
Government reporting integrations include support for Portuguese regulatory workflows, including SIBA for tourism reporting and AIMA (formerly SEF) for border registration. These submissions can be handled automatically through HostSync without manual portal access.
Further government reporting modules for other European jurisdictions are planned as the platform develops.

Built to grow with hospitality businesses.
HostSync is a long-term platform, not a short-term product. The architecture is built to support a growing feature set without requiring operators to switch systems as their business scales.
The roadmap includes deeper automation, advanced analytics, richer invoicing workflows, more payment integrations and improvements to the guest experience at every touchpoint.
Priorities are set based on what the operations HostSync serves actually need next — not on trends or abstract product vision. The platform started as an operational tool, and that orientation remains central to how it develops.
