Common questions
What counts as a "property"?
Each independently managed location. Eight apartments at different addresses count as 8 properties.
What counts as a "unit"?
Each bookable room, apartment, or villa. A property with 3 self-contained apartments counts as 3 units.
How are connections calculated?
Each unique combination of a room type (or property, for vacation rentals) and a booking channel counts as 1 connection. 3 room types on 2 channels = 6 connections. The calculator does this automatically — you never need to calculate it yourself.
Why does the price per connection drop after 30?
The first 30 connections are €1.00 each. Beyond that, each additional connection costs €0.85 — rewarding larger operations.
What is included in the base plan?
Everything: PMS, channel manager, booking engine, online check-in, GuestHub, automation, government reporting, and all future updates. No features are gated behind higher tiers.
What does the 14-day trial include?
Full platform access so you can configure your real properties and channels.
How does VAT apply?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at the legal rate in force. Portuguese VAT is currently 23%. Portuguese VAT may apply depending on your billing details and VAT status. If your business is VAT-registered in the EU outside Portugal, the reverse charge mechanism typically applies. Businesses outside the EU should confirm their local treatment with an accountant.
Can I change channels or properties after signup?
Yes. Pricing adjusts automatically. No approval process, no tier upgrades, no locked-in minimums.
What happens as my portfolio grows?
